In a word, excellent! I have bought and sold quite a number of properties over many years and Natalie stands out as the best by far — in all areas. Where do I start? I was in a desperate situation and needed to sell my beautiful property in Johns River, quickly. Dear Natalie listened and responded. It didn’t sell as quickly as I had hoped but it was nothing to do with Natalie. The buyers fiddle faddled around then pulled out. Two weeks later, another serious buyer. Everything then went smoothly. I am in Sydney and had not met Natalie but she recommended and organised tradesmen to fix what needed to be fixed. She coordinated everyone, not just buy/sell. I will always be grateful to Natalie for her extra efforts and advice. A true professional plus.

Late March, negotiations were signed for Jason to sell our property in the Kew area belonging to my husband. Late May, at his appointment with his specialist, we were told his cancer had returned but this time more aggressive. Sadly my husband lost his battle in June but knew his wish to sell his property had been achieved. Because of Jason and his team, together with my son-in-law, I had no need to worry about details required for the sale of the property.
